Arguably Among The Best In USA?

I love Doolen's GATE Program.  Simply spectacular.  The teachers and students in this program I consider nothing short of world-class.  Same with each and every other teacher and student at this super-site.  The results show, no?  Doolen's awesome GATE Program should be lauded for it's amazing results year in and
year out, no doubt.  Each year, because GATE students perform so well, the program shows little growth.
 School Digger measures growth, and because GATE does not provide much, I think it is safe to say the Herculean results measured would be SIGNIFICANTLY greater.  If one took GATE scores out of the mix, would it be safe to assume Doolen is ranked as #1 in Arizona BY A LANDSLIDE?  Also, from what I can tell, using the same algorithm School Digger uses, a quick/unofficial analysis of SW states shows Doolen's scores stand up as some of the most improved in the entire USA!  International scores coming soon, LOL!
