Mr. Fish, I am indebted to you for having faith in me, and for giving me a shot at Principal in 2010/2011. Your
vision and implementation of Restorative Practices was one major component of our outstanding success, and you should be proud.
Thank you Mr. Jeff Crowe. You are a true professional, and never wavered in your care for the toughest of the bunch. You put up with a lot of other nonsense, but I hope the Standing Ovation and the adult beverage at the end of the year was worth it! Thanks to Ms. Q who was our glue last year. Even during the darkest days you rallied the troops. Salut! Doug Lorensen, Lenny and Belen, Mr. Ajaja - you were instrumental in making sure our kids were supported in a respectful way. I will never forget. Ms. Sharrock - just awesome!
Lastly, Mr. David Dietz - it was you who lead the charge, you who helped to flesh out/roll out our Core Values (which is still a main feature of Doolen's homepage). You took your role seriously. It paid dividends for students AND stakeholders alike. You made others truly great, and our results an unbeatable legacy.
